The Windows Mobile version of MobiFilter does not have any known issues.  One thing to be aware of is that it will not survive a hard reset on the phone.  This is due to the nature of mobile phones.

The MobiFilter content filter for Windows(tm) based mobile devices is based on ProxyCap for Windows Mobile by Proxy Labs. The use of this software requires a license purchased directly from Proxy Labs.

If you want to try it out for a few days without purchasing you don't need to purchase proxy cap immediately, there is a 14 day free demo of the software.

Stage 1 - Install and Activate ProxyCap

1. Download ProxyCap and install it on your mobile device. (http://www.proxycap.com/download/pcap143_arm.cab) You can dowload it either from your device or else from your desktop and copy it to your device.
2. Run "ProxyCap Config"
3. Select "About"
4. Enter your DeviceID in the form at http://www.proxycap.com/order-wp.html If you are unable to access www.proxycap.com from your computer due to your filter please provide us with your ProxyCap DeviceID.
5. Once you have completed the order and paid for proxycap you will receive a link via email to download the license file.
6. Download the license.dat file and save it to your mobile phone.
7. From ProxyCap Select "About" -> "Register".
8. Locate and select the file you uploaded to your phone. Select "OK" and ProxyCap will be registered.

Stage 2 - Install and Apply MobiFilter Settings

1. Sign up for an Aleph Communications account here: ([url=http://www.aleph-com.net/paypalsignup]http://www.aleph-com.net/paypalsignup[/url])  Your first two weeks are free to allow you to try out the service.
2. Install the default settings pack by installing the .cab found here: (http://files.mobifilter.net/MobiFilter_Settings.CAB)
3. Run "ProxyCab Config", select "proxy.mobifilter.net:8084" and edit the username and password to the one you were provided with during account signup.4.
